09 Feb 2004 - First version of the website goes online.

11 Apr 2004 - Added draft program.

13 May 2004 - Added pages for Invited Guests (actually for all speakers and their programs).  Updated many pages.

18 May 2004 - Added Esperanto version of program.

22 Jul 2004 - Disabled the registration form because the convention is over.
