In addition to the regular radio nets, here are some Internet links to other Web Servers, and some useful Ham Radio sites.
If you use IRC, there is sometimes an IRC Chat Room called Esperanto. Check your favorite IRC server.
There is a packet distribution list called #ESPERO, which is distributed worldwide, just like #WANTED and other discussions. However, the PBBS operator groups in the USA do not care to carry "other language" discussion lists, and this discussion is not found in the USA. If you are in other countries, check your local PBBS for this.
You may hear foriegn stations on your local repeaters, thanks to the IRLP (the Internet Repeater Linking Protocol). Control operators can link their repeaters to the Internet, and this allows Esperantists (and others) to use the Internet and software on their PC to 'come up on the air', on repeaters in many countries around the world. You can search to see which repeaters are using IRLP, and if they are currently linked on the IRLP Status Page.
Another Computer-to-Computer voice-chat application for Hams is EchoLink, and while you can use this to connect from your computer to repeaters, you can also easily use this to connect from computer to computer, using your PCs sound card, and a microphone. Try this, if you have a PC. (Sorry, but we Macintosh users will need to find a PC to use, or do without for now.)
