This award is given for popularizing the Esperanto movement, the Esperanto language and the ILERA organization to all hams and SWL who can prove contacts with ILERA Members or with Esperanto speaking radio amateurs :

QSL is required with printed or written by hand Esperanto text or any symbol about Esperanto!
